Marrying British and Italian design with global craftsmanship, this exclusive collaboration sees a vibrant collection of lamps and shades drawing on Martina Mondadori and Sue Jones’ shared love of pattern, color and travel.
This lamp base has been specifically designed to pair well with all three variations of the handmade lampshades in the collection, as well as any other OKA favourites you might have. It is inspired by a lamp that belonged to Martina’s mother; our iteration is hand-turned by skilled artisans before being hand painted with multiple coats of colour to achieve the deep olive tone, and sanded for an antique-effect finish. A metallic bulb holder adds to the vintage look of the piece. Due to the artisanal process, each piece will have individual characteristics.
