Shipping, Order Status and Pay Methods
You will not be charged for any item until it is being prepared for shipping from our distribution centre.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped that includes a tracking number for your package, so you can check your order status at any time.
Once you have submitted an order, you will not be able to change or cancel the order after it has been despatched.
