Deborah Needleman is an American editor and writer, best known for her roles as Editor-in-Chief of T Magazine and WSJ. She was the founding Editor of Domino Magazine and created the weekend lifestyle section of The Wall Street Journal before retraining as a weaver and basket maker.

Author and Art Historian

Dr. Susan Scollay is an art historian specializing in historic textiles, and the art and architecture of the Islamic world. She is a contributing editor at HALI Magazine, an elected Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society and a member of the International Association of Historians of Islamic Art.

 

SOPHIE RICHARD

Author and Art Historian

Provence-born London-based art historian Sophie Richard has been travelling to Japan for the last 20 years. A specialist in Japanese art and craftsmanship, she is the author of three books on art and museums in Japan, including The Art Lover's Guide to Japanese Museums.
