We are happy to replace any damaged goods you might have received provided that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of delivery to your nominated address. If you receive a damaged product and would like to return it, please notify us immediately after receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email please include or attach an image of the damage. Following receipt of your email we will get in touch with you to arrange for the return of the item.
Any damaged items must be returned in the original packaging, including any wrapping, boxes and other signature packaging materials.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right not to send a replacement of the item or make a refund if the item is returned in a condition different from its condition at the time of despatch to you.
Upon the return of a damaged item, you can either request to have shipped a replacement of your initial order or request a refund. Refunds will usually be made within 14 working days of the return of the damaged item and will be made through the original payment method.
You may cancel an order provided that you notify us by email of your wish to cancel prior to the despatch of the relevant item. In such a case, we will make a refund to you.
At this time, we do not allow exchanges.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not receive notice of a refund within 14 working days of the return of the relevant item, please re-check your bank account.
If the refund has not been credited to your bank account, please then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
