Our Favorite Hotel: Grand Hotel et de Milano

Milan’s oldest hotel, which counts among its guests, The Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Rudolf Nureyev and of course, Giuseppe Verdi.

Our Favorite House Museum: Villa Necchi Campiglio

Conceived by Piero Portaluppi, it features some of the most elegantly restrained interiors in the city: true refinement in the details, especially in the service areas.

Our Favorite Restaurant: Langosteria Cucina

We love the domestic atmosphere of Lagosteria Cucina, and the food is simply amazing.

Our Favorite Cafe: Pasticceria Sissi

Quintessentially Milanese, Pasticceria Sissi is the perfect place to have afternoon tea at the weekend. Where we buy desserts for Sunday lunches with friends.

Our Favorite Shop: Celine

The perfect place to discover Hedi Slimane’s timeless approach to fashion.

Our Favorite Antique Dealer: Pennisi

Pennisi is the ultimate in curated antique jewellery, we are in love with the small, gilded display cases in the shop windows.

Our Favorite Gallery or Museum: Massimo De Carlo

A wonderful place to see exceptional art in a truly exceptional setting. Massimo De Carlo is housed within one of Piero Portaluppi's first projects in Milan: Casa Corbellini-Wassermann, which is the perfect setting for their works.

Our Favorite Garden or Outside Space: Giardini Pubblici

The perfect spot to stroll or read a newspaper on sunny, spring days, which also hosts Orticola, a lovely fair for all that flowers and plants in May.

Our Favorite Place of Architectural Interest: Il Tribunale di Milano

An incredibly beautiful example of stern, Italian rationalist architecture.
