In honour of Acqua di Parma’s collaboration with designer Cristina Celestino and the debut of their Antelao Holiday Collection, Cabana hosted an enchanting winter dinner. The evening unfolded within the walls of Sala Isabella, the private dining room at Sant Ambroeus in Milan, permanently decorated by Cabana.

Inspired by the decorative traditions of the Italian Dolomites, the Antelao Holiday Collection is a refined expression of alpine living. Sculptural forms, brushed and hammered textures, and a palette of hues evoke the quiet sophistication of mountain interiors. Designed by Cristina Celestino, each piece reinterprets time-honoured techniques through a contemporary lens—bringing the art of Italian design to the rituals of the festive season.

Guests were welcomed into Sala Isabella for a lively aperitivo. Glasses of Veuve Clicquot and wines from the Hilberg Pasquero estate circulatedcarrying a light and cheerful energy through the room.

Dinner followed, the table dressed in Cabana’s Khiva linen, harmonizing seamlessly with the room and new collection. Candles awaited each guest as a gift, extending the palette with subtle warmth. The ambience felt both intimate and festive, as though the season itself had taken a seat at the table.

The menu echoed the evening’s cadence: light, refined beginnings; a deeply seasonal risotto of zucca and gorgonzola; and, to finish, a delicate procession of Sant Ambroeus miniature pastries.

Among the guests were Clo Clo Echavarria, Kyra Lemoyne Kennedy, Maria-Anunciata of Liechtenstein, Christoph Radl, Giulio Bergamaschi, and Riccardo Pozzoli. Their conversations animated the room: touching on design, the approaching holidays, and future plans taking shape. Cristina Celestina also attended, a natural presence at the heart of the celebration.

By evening’s end, Sala Isabella had settled into the mood of a private winter reverie: candlelight dimming and voices softening into a warm collective hush. It was a night that celebrated craftsmanship, conviviality, and the magic of starting the season in good company.
