On 17 October, the Big Cabana Family gathered with friends, collectors, and kindred spirits to toast the opening of Cabana's Seasonal store on London's Sloane Street.
Decorated with Cabana's signature warm colors and characteristic attention to detail, the cozy store - set on one of London's most famous and storied streets - evokes the spirit of discovery that typifies Cabana, celebrating both beauty and craftsmanship.
The evening felt like a true homecoming, with London - the city where Cabana's journey first began - playing host to a milestone moment for the brand. Cabana founder and Editor-in-Chief, Martina Mondadori, unveiled one of Cabana's most immersive and special experiences yet: a festive sanctuary filled with wonder, story, and soul.
As the evening unfolded, Martina welcomed guests with warmth and reflection: "London holds a special place in Cabana’s story—it’s where we began," she said. "To return now, with everything we’ve created since, is not only a full-circle moment, it’s a celebration of the world we've built—one rooted in culture, design, and the joy of living beautifully."

Martina was joined by longtime friend of the brand Aerin Lauder, who presented her latest book Living in Flowers, followed by a conversation between Martina and designer David Netto, guests hugely enjoying the intimate yet spirited dialogue between two aesthetes with a shared love of storytelling through objects and spaces.

Inside, the Pop-Up revealed a treasure trove of Cabana’s festive universe: layered tablescapes, rare vintage pieces, timeless gifts, and the full magazine library—each piece carefully curated to reflect the essence of Italian design excellence.

The seasonal shop, open until December, will evolve throughout the season with a rotating series of trunk shows and curated moments from close collaborators, including Stephan Janson’s refined fashion collections and Osanna Visconti’s sculptural homeware: living, breathing cabinet of curiosities—ever-changing, ever-inspiring.
As the evening drew on, guests lingered long past closing, spilling onto Sloane Street - which has recently reopened after a major two-year renovation - with champagne glasses in hand. The warm, family-style celebration embodied the Italian elegance, style and joie de vivre that have become hallmarks of Cabana - now with a new London home.
