Over 90 meticulously tested recipes, each beautifully illustrated with full-page photography, chronicle both time-honoured family preparations like Irish stew and treacle farls and more contemporary interpretations that make the most of Ireland’s bounteous fields, woods, seas and hedgerows and reflect how Irish cooking has evolved.
Stepping through the kitchen, the book also delves into some of the most iconic expressions of Irish culinary tradition and hospitality: from the pickles and preserves of the Irish pantry, to the essential afternoon tea and dishes to enjoy around the pub fire or Christmas table. Evocative photo essays and interviews with the island’s artisans and producers provide further insight into the Ireland of yesterday and today, documenting the dying art of traditional turfcutting, oyster farmers, musicians and folklorist.

Express orders are delivered in 1-4 business days. Ground orders are delivered in 3-7 business days. Delivery service is offered Monday-Friday.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your Cabana purchase and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on only qualified items. Lifestyle items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged.

Please notify us by email at enquiries@cabanamagazine.com including your order number and request to return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the damaged items.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, inspected and approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
