Michele Cesaratto ‘FIUU’
Inside a 17th-century scuola, Stella Cattana’s part creative-studio part gallery space will exhibit a series of five unique tapestries developed by Italian artist Michele Cesaratto, in collaboration with Fondazione Le Constantine and Galleria Acapella in Naples.
The theme of journey continues with a second chapter of the temporary exhibition at their Henry St, New York Gallery.

Michael Armitage ‘The Promise of Change’ & Amar Kanwar ‘Co Travellers’
The Pinault Collection presents two exhibitions that fuse Armitage's culturally layered canvases and Kanwar’s poetic, multi-media work. Curated by Jean-Marie Gallais, the artists spanning Kenyan-British and Indian backgrounds sit in dialogue, highlighting themes of memory, migration and symbolic imagination across 45 paintings and two major multimedia installations.

Marina Abramović ‘Transforming Energy’

In step with the artist’s 80th birthday, Abramovic will be honoured as the first living woman to preview a major exhibition at the Gallerie dell’ Academia this Biennale. Curated in collaboration with Shai Batel of Shanghai’s Modern Art Museum, ‘Transforming Energy’ explores Abramovic’s pioneering performance art in dialogue with Renaissance masters through the Academia’s permanent and exhibition halls.

‘Peggy Guggenheim in London: The Making of a Collector’

Exploring Peggy Guggenheim’s formative London years, the Guggenheim Gallery presents ‘The Making of a Collector.’ Together curators Grazina Subelyte and guest curator Simon Grant tune into the collectors era overseeing ‘Guggenheim Jeune (1938-39) and spotlight a series of key acquisitions by artists Kandinsky, Dali to Hepworth alongside the collector’s archival material.

Curated with Luca Massimo Barbero, this now posthumous presentation of Georg Baselitz’s latest work gathers a concise suite of his large scale paintings. Rooted in the artist’s Northern Renaissance -inspired technique, luminous gilded figures inspired by his long time muse ans partner, Elke illuminate the Isola di San Giorgio Maggiore.

Amoako Boafo ‘Proper Love’
Marking his first solo exhibition in Italy, Amoaka Boafo partners with Gagosian Gallery on the presentation of a new body of work conceived in dialogue with the Renaissance inspired Museo di Palazzo.
The exhibition brings together around thirty new paintings, characteristic of his tactical portraits exploring Black narratives, alongside a focused selection of works on paper, placing legacy and identity in considered dialogue.
