ELIGIBILITY & ORDER MINIMUMS

To qualify for Cabana’s Trade Program benefits, the following criteria must be met:

  • Applicants must be industry professionals with a verifiable online presence (e.g., website or portfolio). All submitted information will be reviewed before approval.

  • minimum order value of €500 (or local equivalent) is required to receive any trade discount.


Discount Structure

  • 20% off all eligible trade products.
    Please note: Trade discounts exclude select collaborations, limited editions, and certain made-to-order items.

Cabana reserves the right to update or modify its trade discount policy at any time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.


Approval Process

Upon registration approval, trade clients will receive an automatic confirmation email including:

  • Trade discount code
  • Minimum order value policy
  • Discount structure and eligibility

DELIVERY

We offer duty-prepaid delivery to the US, EU, and UK. Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders (excluding furniture):

  • US: Orders over $150
  • EU: Orders over €100
  • UK: Orders over £150


Shipping Timeframes for In-Stock Items:

  • Express Delivery: 1–4 business days
  • Ground Delivery: 3–7 business days


Made-to-order and customized items are delivered according to their specified lead times.
Delivery service is available Monday–Friday.


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for refund on qualified items if initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be in original condition with brand tags, box, and/or dust bag
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Please note: Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or customized items.
