DELIVERY
All orders in the US, EU and UK are delivered with duty pre-paid. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders (excluding furniture):
- US orders over $50
- EU orders over €80
- UK orders over £150
Express orders for in-stock items are delivered in 1-4 business days.
Ground orders for in-stock items are delivered in 3-7 business days.
Made to order and customized items are delivered according to the lead time.
Delivery service is offered Monday-Friday.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return for refund on qualified items.
Return must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
All products must include the original brand tags, box, and/or dust bag.
All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
